Sometimes it’s the simplest of things that becomes a legend.
When Vayne, piloted by Kang “Captain Jack” Hyung-woo, got hit by a gold card from Ryu’s Twisted Fate, he used Cleanse within a fraction of a second, with pixel perfect timing. Timing so on point that the CC effect seemed to have never happened in the first place.
And thus the “Captain Jack” was born. His name became synonymous with instant cleanses and QSS/Mercurial Scimitar uses. So any time you see someone essentially ignore crowd control due to fast reflexes, hit them up with the “Captain Jack?” homage.
